Your role – exciting and challenging
For our customer Volkswagen you take over the complete
-Offer management
-Coordination and monitoring of open national and international tenders
-Analyze the quotation-specific requirements, concepts and specifications
-Creation of quotation documents and offer presentations in consultation with technical and commercial managers
-Preparation and execution of the weekly team meeting
-Creation of weekly reports for the top management level

Continuous development of our processes is of greatest
importance
-Development and creation of new layouts and offer templates
-Maintaining references
-Realization of creative approaches for optimal task tracking (KPI) and implementation

Your profile – experience that adds value
-You have studied Business Administration or Economics (Bachelor or Master degree).
-You have a first experience, ideally in transferring technical requirements into tasks and context descriptions as well as creating synergy spectra
-Moreover you have a self-reliant, structured and flexible working style
-Fluent English and German (C1) skills, as well as a skillful handling of MS Office tools, are required
