We are looking for a Technical Training Manager

You will be the Technical Training Manager for Alstom Sweden responsible for the development of all technical training, trainers, material and instructing staff in relevant trainings, such as Technical vehicle training, Safety and Special processes training. You will be responsible for the management and development of the team. Furthermore, you will secure the implementations of an optimized training function (seize, structure and profile) in order to reach required standard levels and objectives. You will also lead and motivate team accordingly to the Group values (Trust, Team and Action) to secure result standards is set correctly (annual objectives, result reviews and development plans for team members).
The position is located in Stockholm and includes some trips around the country.
Responsibilities
· Comply with Alstom EHS and Railway safety rules.
· Carryout training according Alstom plan.
· Develop/improve training material and course planning.
· Secure existing training material is according to local legislation and quality standards.
· Participate in training meetings as defined by CRSM.
· Ensure all technical training material complies with current train modification / configuration status.
· Support annual training and budget planning.
· Secure “Certifikat” and “Intyg” are reported properly.
· Secure all training material is evaluated and in line with country legislation.
· Coordinate training activities with HR department. Cooperate with the HR Training coordinator with regards to Training Database (TDB) and GAP closing in the TDB.
· Manage and train other trainers and support staff.
· Responsible for Training Evaluation results and improving training quality.
· Give technical support to Depot managers.
· Ensure that Supplier QCD performance management is driven by the Procurement Center/Equivalent (buyers, procurement support and Supplier Quality), controls treatment of purchasing request and order placement
Your profile
· Electrical/ mechanical engineering background.
· Leadership experience.
· Experience from working with EHS topics.
· Rolling stock experience.
· Pedagogic education and experience.

You have good IT skills, especially in Power Point, project and excel and are fluent in both Swedish and English language.
