Organisation Structure

The Regional Business Process Owner hierarchically reports to the head of the metier in the Region he is dedicated to (as Methods & Tools métier, depending on the organization).

He reports functionally to the Global Business Process Owner dedicated to GSI Project.

Network & Links

The link to central team (BPO,IS Referees) is strong, due to the expertise on métier & IS tool.

The link with KU is permanent, for capturing defects, contain them & escalade if necessary.

The link with the other BPOs in the Region is important ensuring the consistency of processes and tools ensuring that inputs & outputs are under quality & quantity control.

The link with the project team (GSI) is permanent for activity reporting.

Mission

Responsibilities and Accountabilities

·  The Regional Business Process Owner ensures the appropriate support to Key-Users concerning his perimeter.
·  During the solution implementation :

Regional BPO monitors incidents & defects raised by the sites (Key Users). They can propose workarounds. They validate the solution proposed by program and its implementation. He (she) is the entry point for issues raised, for issues characterization & supervise the problem solving with the IS referee.

·  The Regional Business Process Owner proposes processes upgrades to Global BPO coming from his expertise or other workshops with regional teams IS referees and other BPOs.
·  He animates the Regional KU networks
·  The Regional Business Process Owner assesses the KU competencies for skill matrix & development management of the KU (linked with Central).
·  The Regional Business Process Owners puts in place and manages usage control  ensuring that end-users are well using the system, by assessment performed.
·  The Regional Business Process Owers can extract, they consolidates & analyzes indicators coming from sites (effectiveness metrics & KPI) in order to share it and build action plan with Central Teams (Sourcing Performance Manager, Global BPO)

Measurement

In relation with Key Users & his counterparts, the Regional Business Process Owners follows indicators coming from the solution, relative to process efficiency & sometimes results indicators.  

He owns the database maturity of the sites in the streams his empowered, challenging common development action plan  with sites KU and GSI Core Team.
