Job Title:   Project Test & Commissioning Manager

Job Location:   1025 John Street, West Henrietta, NY  14586 and various, unanticipated sites throughout the United States

Job Type:   Full Time

Duties : Use engineering background to arrange for Test & Commissioning project activities in support of the Project Manager; ensure test and commissioning activities comply with project strategy and with Transport Information System (TIS) strategy, policies, standards, local regulations and professional engineering standards; deliver Test & Commissioning procedures and method statements; prepare Test & Commissioning works in the field; confer with engineers, partners, third parties, and customers regarding works in the field; ensure environmental health and safety (EHS) in field with guidance and support from project team member in charge of Project EHS coordination; monitor quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) performance; and report issues or anticipated issues to Project Manager.

Requirements : Employer will accept Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; and 3 years of work experience in job offered or 3 years of work experience in a related occupation. Experience must include: experience with QA/testing; experience monitoring engineering project schedules and budgets; conducting data analysis, and the use of object oriented technologies; experience working on Train Signaling Applications (TSA); experience working on project analytical structure (PAS); experience being responsible for the definition of the equipment supply structure for the executing of equipment configuration and their details; experience in the construction of technical proposals, and evaluating signaling equipment needed for test and commission of signaling projects; and experience developing and configuring signaling application software. Must be available to work on projects at various, unanticipated sites throughout the United States.
