MAIN RESPOSIBILITIES:

ILS Engineer / Coordinator is responsible for managing and/or produce the ILS activities :

· The maintenance engineering : Logistic Support Analysis, Life Cycle Cost / Level of Repair Analyses
· Maintenance documentation
· Training package
· Spare Parts (define spare part lists and quantities)
· Maintenance tools and tests equipment

Manage the ILS activities :

· To manage ILS project to deliver QCD commitments
· To write logistics support plan & specifications
· Manage Logistic Support Analysis engineers or act as LSA Engineer
· Participate to Rolling Stock Gate reviews and represents TLS in DFQ process
· Manage configuration and evolution process for the ILS part within the RS configuration
· To co-ordinate the input from RS platform and TLS maintenance site
· Capitalize data to improve QCD target and reduce the technical risks
· Manage obsolescence on the contract

Generic

· Apply generic method, tools and processes specified by engineering & ILS, international standards (MIL STD1388 , MIL HDBK, DEF-STA 0060 …)
· Propose or lead improvement actions with REX of the Maintenance operation (As developing new maintenance model adapted to RS type and size, Introduction of new maintenance products, …)
· Work jointly with ILS central Team to specify R&D tools evolutions and process improvements to ILS activities in design
· Train project Team to develop maintenance knowledge and culture.
