Overview:
· Follow up the Comp. & Ben. policy to ensure that compensation and benefits are appropriate to attract, motivate and retain the right people, in line with the needs of the business, the labour market and legal issues.
· Ensure compliance of all HR administrative issues with local regulations on Alstom processes and maintain payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.
Specific responsibilities of the role:
· Main responsibility is collaborate the HR MANAGER & help to ensure month end closing process respecting: Responsible for the activities related to the processing of payroll, aiming at guaranteeing the correct payment of employees within company parameters and according to current legislation.
· Collect and maintain employee data necessary to administer and pay the employees in line with the company's
· Complete Management of the payroll cycle (employment benefits, biweekly payments, extraordinary payments, overtime, Sunday extra charge, holidays, vacation, thirteenth month, terminations calculation, creditor’s discount, and ACH payments among others).
· Experience in the use of the software PAYDAY (local payroll) and SIPE (Social Security payroll presentation)
· Data entry at the C.S.S. through its platform S.I.P.E. wages for the monthly payroll of the Company.
· Basic knowledge of the Labor Code and the the Social Security law
· Knowledge of legal deductions and income tax for the preparation of Annex 03 to the DGI. ( Local Tax Company in charge to collect all Panama’s Taxes)
· Severance Fund Management
· Quarterly forecasts Payroll Cash OUT and Employee Benefits and send to the Treasurer Manager. ( explain variations)
· Provide individual advice and assistance on payroll for employees and managers
· Budget preparation and good analysis of the variations.
· Experience in analysis of monthly HC and their classifications.
· Put in place mobility, expatriation schemes
· Deal with contractual and legal matters related to employment
· Coordinate the effective design, implementation and operation of the Human Resource Information System (ALPS).
· Responsible for the administration of employee files.

· Previous experience : Experience in Com & Ben (Payroll). Experience as a HR GENERALIST 0r Business Partner (Training, Staffing, Industrial labor, etc).
