Job description

Purpose of the Job

o The Business Process Owner is the métier referee .

o The BPO validates gap analysis before new IS implementations

o He/she supports new IS implementation

o The BPO validates jointly with sites and program management the closure of implementation.

o He/she defines, transmits to IS referees the core model for métier process into the Information solution system. He explains the functional needs to IS referees. Those IS referees converts it into specification. He manages the process model in the appropriate tool.

o The Business Process Owners ensures sites alignment on targeted processes.

o During implementations BPO helps sites for developing training sessions (as defined by Program), coaching Key-Users & Roll-outs.

o The Business Process Owners approves the change requests coming from KU.

o The Business Process Owners creates, sustain & develop Key Users networks.

o The Business Process Owners validates training guides

o The Business Process Owners are the first entry points for key users & department heads concerning their métier.

They capture the benefits from the expected added-value from GSI

Responsibilities and Accountabilities

q The Business Process Owner ensures the appropriate support to Key-Users concerning their perimeter.

q During the solution implementation :

BPO monitors incidents & defects raised by the sites (Key Users). They can propose workarounds. They validate the solution proposed by program and its implementation. He (she) is the entry point for issues raised, for issues characterization & supervise the problem solving with the IS referee.

q The Business Process Owner proposes IS or IT upgrades coming from his expertise or other workshops with IS referees and other BPOs.

q They animate the KU networks.

q The Business Process Owner assesses the KU competencies for skill matrix & development management of the KU (linked with department head in the sites).

q The Business Process Owners puts in place and manages IS usage control, ensuring that end-users are well using the system, by assessment performed.

q The Business Process Owers can extract, they consolidates & analyzes indicators coming from sites (effectiveness metrics & KPI) in his stream.

q The Business Process Owner defines profiles for accounts access management by stream

Desired profile

Educational Requirements

q Experienced person, with a perfect knowledge of the current processes used on sites, with a clear view on the target process for his metier (strategic input for his metier).

q Opened minded person, focused on continuous improvement, & efficiency.

q Capacity to train Key-Users and follow their technical skill.

q Operational leadership.
