Coordination CAD Technician

ATC is a joint venture btween Alstom TSO and Costain to work on the London project Crossrail.

Responsibilities

Under management of the CAD Leader and the Design Manager, the Coordination CAD technician

· Produce Combined Service Models and Drawings in the ProjectWise environment
· Informing the CAD Leader of  any change  to activity,  and propose solutions as required
· Define and  apply quality controls as required
· Issue CSD layouts in the agreed timescales ( using 2D extraction from 3D models he prepared)
· Follow configuration of external
· Advise elementary system CAD teams for the CAD inputs to be used in their design

Requirements:

• A degree within an engineering discipline or equivalent experience

• Strong knowledge of  Microstation v8i (software)

· Good management of 3D and 2D Modelling in Microstation
· Printing and Maintaining layouts (MASTER copy, clouding, etc…)
· Word, Excel
• Self motivated, with the ability to work on own initiative
