OBJECTIVE OF THE MISSION :
Support the Project Team, to ensure the project Safety, Quality assurance by coordinating all quality and safety activities throughout the project.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :
Guarantee the compliance of the purchased & manufactured products:
- Executes incoming inspections according to Alstom's standards & methods to prepare Customer’s inspections.
- Manage Inspections with the Customer
- Works in close relation with the SQA teams, especially on NCR management
Reliability growth and warranty activities:
- Monitor project reliability performance
- Analyse and identify gaps between products reliability and contractual or agreed targets
- Implement reliability growth plan
- Ensure the captures of data failures in system are pertinent and relevant for reliability growth improvement and overall REX for the project
- Evaluate the impact of modifications on the reliability
- REX consolidation from projects through regular update of database
Problem solving :
- Manage problem solving actions by coordinating the actions of the relevant stakeholders in the project
- When corrective solution is known and validated, request warranty implementation teams to perform the appropriate corrective actions
CANDIDATE'S PROFILE :
- Practical Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 /IRIS
- Mechanical Engineer Degree with Quality experience
- Lead Auditor
- Problem solving skills
- Knowledge of Railway Industry Standards
- Good verbal and written skills
- Good organizational and planning skills
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic and able to deliver results
