OBJECTIVE OF THE MISSION :
There is a new LRV assembly site in Brampton, Ontario, Canada. We need a VIE to support manufacture as per production planning and associated workload. You contribute to define and improve the design of material flows to support lineside delivery requirements with a target to optimize the Alstom costs.
- Hierarchical reporting: Site Supply Chain Manager
- Functional reporting: Logistics Operation Manager
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Contribute to design Supply Chain processes vs Industrial requirements
- Contribute to define subcontractors requirements
- Contribute to define Vendors' requirements regarding logistics
- Contribute to define warehouse layouts, its internal flows and storage policy
- Contribute to define line feeding layout and kitting associated
CANDIDATE'S PROFILE :
- Master's degree in Supply Chain Management
- 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
- IT tools: ERP system, SAP knowledge, CAD, MS Office
- EHS Culture
- Quality Focus
- Finance Basics
- Fluent in English
- Supply Chain knowledge
- Industrial knowledge
