OBJECTIVE OF THE MISSION :
The candidate will be in charge of supporting the execution of the ILS works, by coordinating ILS activities within REM project, ensuring that contractual obligations relative to ILS are taken into account by the partners and delivered coherently and in a timely manner, supporting ILS manager in the global coordination of the Operation and Maintenance training with the partners and the Employer, supporting the execution of the DEQ (workshop equipment) works, by supporting depot equipment design and purchasing activities. Ensuring that contractual civil works documents are delivered on time
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES :
- Obtention from Subsystem of contractual requirements regarding maintainability, spares and tools, O&M documentation and training are met
- Integration of the O&M needs during design
- Supervision and control the Operation and Maintenance Studies
- Supporting the development at the Railway system level of maintainability analysis, maintenance plans, Life Cycle Cost, Spare parts, Tools, and Training in line with the contract, the design and the O&M needs
- Supporting the developpement of the obsolescence strategy and its implementation
- Coordinate and control the production of a coherent set of Operation and Maintenance Manuals by the sub-entities
- Ensure Operation and Maintenance training is properly prepared as per the contractual requirements, managed, delivered and accepted by the customer
- Ensures Asset database is properly defined, gathered and delivered to the MMS
As DEQ coordinator, his responsabilities will be :
- Ensure that CW deliverables are on time
- Ensuring coordination with Suppliers during Design Phase activities
- Support DEQ PM in interface meeting with the civil work partner

- Master Degree in Engineering
- Fluent in English and French
- Good writing and oral communication
