JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As an intern you will assist our team and mainly the product owner of our Office 365 service.
Among others, your responsibilities will include:
Support in agile project management (e.g. status reporting, project planning and tracking, deliverables management, risk management)
Contributing to the setup of global services and processes;
Support of the management in the preparation and follow up of meetings

KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Advanced studies in Business Administration, Computer Science or any combination of the above (Business & IT);
Excellent communication skills in English and ideally in German
Strong interest and first experiences in project management
You are reliable and able to work autonomously with a high degree of responsibility
Advanced knowledge of the MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
You can start immediately and are interested in an internship for 4 to 6 months in full-time (38h/week) or - as a working student - part time (16-20 h/week)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

What do we offer you?
An attractive monthly salary of 1650€ for interns. Working students on a full-time basis (38 hrs. per week ) will be paid 1700€ if Bachelor students and 1900€ if Master students. Working student take home salaries will depend upon the agreed working hrs.
