About the Job

As a Working student/Intern as Business Analyst you will enable the global Account Management community via report creation and tool improvement. Allianz Technology’s Global Account Management function is the strategic interface between our technology organization and business partners/end customers. The team ensures IT solutions are aligned with business objectives, drives customer engagement, fosters strong relationships, and delivers value through proactive management of services, performance, and innovation. As trusted advisors, we enable seamless collaboration and support sustainable business growth.

 

What you do

  • Assist in monthly revenue reporting including variance analysis, trend tracking, and commentary using ERP and Power Bi Tools.
  • Help maintain forecast and planning models for customer revenues and prepare dashboards and KPI reports (Power BI or equivalent).
  • Identify and support AI-enabled opportunities to improve productivity and quality across account management workflows.
  • Support the streamlining and standardization of commercial processes and tools for Global Account Management.
  • Contribute to operational performance tracking and change control related to commercial activities.
  • Maintain internal communication and collaboration sites and wikis to keep information current and accessible.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, capturing lessons learned and proposing enhancements.

 

What you bring

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint), Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint. Preferred: Advanced Excel capabilities such as Power Query, Data Models and Power Pivot.
  • Logical and analytical strengths enabling data comprehension and rationalization for informed decision-making.
  • Resilience and adaptability in a continuously evolving business area; proactive mindset and customer orientation.
  • Ability to foster collaboration and teamwork across departments and with stakeholders.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, SAP Analytics Cloud) and ThinkCell (PowerPoint integration).
  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles and their practical use.
  • You can start immediately and are interested in a full-time internship (38 h/week) or a working student position (16-20 h/week) for a period of ideally 8 months or longer.

  • Requirement for internship and working student positions is the enrollment in a university – or (for an internship) a gap year.
