Working Student HR Business Partnering Team (6 month contract)

What you do

 

You will be working within the global office HR Team and our Automotive & Assistance line-of-business. In this role you will report to and work with our HR Business Partnering team in Aschheim. 

 

This opportunity is a perfect entry position if you are interested in HR related topics. You will gain a broad insight into the HR lifecycle - from the beginning of an employment relationship until the end - and you will be able to work self-reliantly. We are a dynamic and highly motivate HR team and are looking forward to getting to know you.

 

Key responsibilities

·  Supporting the HR team in all relevant topics 
·  Assisting with various HR processes(e.g. contract preparation, preparatory activities for payroll, onboarding, offboarding) and ongoing HR projects 
·  Independent organisation and management of different HR topics such as the newsletter

 

Initially this will be a 6 month contract with a possible extension.

What you bring

 

·  Studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Social Sciences or a comparable subject 
·  Enrolled at a university throughout the duration of employment 
·  Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken) required 
·  Good knowledge of MS-Office applications and experience in SAP HCM would be beneficial
·  First working experiences in HR are advantageous
·  Proactive and independent attitude 
·  Good communication skills 
·  Open to an international work environment
