·  We are seeking a business analyst intern / working student to support our Product Owner in developing our business core system and peripheral applications (webservices / portals). The application landscape is used by Allianz Partners business units and is being rolled out across countries in Europe and beyond.
·  This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in an international and interdisciplinary environment. You will be close to both business and IT and have excellent exposure internally and externally.

Key responsibilities

 

·  Support the Product Owner in the Software Development Lifecycle
·  Conduct detailed analysis to translate the business requirements for development
·  Carry out testing and product documentation
·  Support coordinating the scrum team, including meeting organizations and meeting minutes 

 

Requirements

 

 

·  Experience with or interest in agile methodologies (Scrum preferred)
·  Writing user stories (agile and lean specification)
·  Experience with or interest in business analysis, especially for complex processes
·  Ability to learn & discover & work independently
·  Preferably basic SQL knowledge, experience/knowledge with SQL databases (motivation & willingness to learn is welcomed)
·  Preferably basic API knowledge incl. testing (REST & Swagger)
·  Preferably Tool knowledge for Jira & Confluence
·  Strong communication skills to be able to work with different stakeholders
·  Willingness to dive into complex and interconnected systems (an understand ER-diagrams) and ability to think on an abstract level
