JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist UI/UX Development Manager with the development of key UI/UX experiences which will incorporate high-level interaction navigation, and organization design.
Help with content development to achieve a high level of user engagement aided by usability and visual design.
Contribute to the development of the creative culture and quality standards.
Responsible for creating interactive marketing templates to be utilized in the presentation of insurance content implemented on partner websites
Create mockups and visual prototypes as required.
Interact with representatives from Sales, Marketing, Implementations and Allianz Partners in order to work collaboratively to promote the best solution that fits within the partners digital environment.
Must keep current with new browsing standards, specifications, versions, capabilities & limitations as it relates to responsive web development
Act as a subject matter expert for all HTML/CSS/Javascript needs for Allianz
Work closely with internal and external teams to design and develop new and innovative ways in which Allianz can implement Insurance products into our partner environments.
Collaborate with the Optimization Strategy team to develop clean, reusable code to aid in advanced testing and optimization techniques.
May perform other duties as assigned
KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Associates degree in Computer Science, Web Design & Development, Interactive Media, Advertising or related field or combination of relevant education and work experience.
Must possess a deep understanding in related creative tracks: design, interactive development and user experience
Minimum two (2) to three (3) years' experience in designing and implementing web user interfaces from concept to wireframe using HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript/jQuery.
Experience in a wide range of HTML/CSS editing tools and environments.
Experience creating custom CSS frameworks or extending frameworks like Bootstrap.
Experience with CSS preprocessors like SASS or LESS.
Knowledge of iOS/Android application integration is a plus.
Understanding of .NET development environment.
Knowledge of WSDL, web services, Javascript, and jQuery for web applications.
Knowledge of Sharepoint, Wordpress and other CMS tools is a plus.
A sound understanding of the limitations and affordances of current and emerging computing/internet/mobile technologies.
Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure with a strong focus to details.
Ability to gracefully handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to effectively communicate with developers.
Excellent analytical and process-oriented skills.
Online/Print portfolio is a plus.
