STELLENPROFIL

AMOS IT Security is the core team and central driver for Information Security at AMOS. The department is tasked to continue building and evolving a strong security organization and to establish certain functions that cover information security in a holistic way, by addressing preventive as well as detective actions, using technology and improving processes. Specifically, we are continually improving the maturity, reach and scope of the Allianz SOC by globally rolling out major core security initiatives like the IT-EGRC Services and similarly in the Identity and Access Management area.

The Systems Engineers for RSA Archer work in a collaborative team environment to deploy RSA Archer solutions to Allianz. They will gather requirements from internal customers, and be responsible for solution architecture design and implementation.

AUFGABEN

· Leading the further development of the Allianz eGRC platform on an architecture level with global scope

· End-to-end responsibility for delivery of RSA Archer solutions to internal customers

· Guiding the further development, enhancement and extension of the functionality and scope of the software

· Leading projects and other initiatives to implement new solutions

· Acting as technical lead for all ongoing development initiatives

· Advising Security management and customers on trends and technological developments related to the eGRC platform

Further responsibilities

· Performing technical and competitive analysis of Archer solutions, including performance, debugging and other operational metrics

· Keeping close alignment and cooperation with Group Information Security regarding security architecture

· Contributing to the solution development process and ensuring that customer requests and needs are represented within the product

· Take ownership of changes including automation of communications & workflows

ANFORDERUNGEN / KENNTNISSE / ERFAHRUNGEN

· Expert knowledge of information security topics, system architecture and Internet technology

· Proven experience in developing and successfully implementing solutions based on the RSA Archer platform

· Experience in delivering software or business consulting services (Minimum 5 years in IT, > 3 years in Information Security)

· Proven experience in at least two fields out of server technology, databases, software development and applications

· Security Certifications from RSA, (ISC)2, GIAC or ISACA

· University degree (preferably informatics or economics) or similar qualification and experience

Skills and Competencies

· Project management in an international multi-company environment

· Strong analytical mind, pragmatic approach to solving problems and acting independently

Desired requirements /skills /experience

· Project management certification (PMP, Prince2)

· Fluent English and German
