About the Job
Partner with key stakeholders to understand operational opportunities and manages efforts to design and implement business systems solutions and designs to achieve operational goals and efficiencies by applying knowledge of product, relevant regulations, and administrative processes.
The IT System Analyst works with project teams, stakeholders, vendors, and management to identify and translate business requirements for projects and assessments into technical specifications, conceptual solutions and/or designs.
Responsible for leading the identification solution patterns aligned with systems needed to implement the solution. Interacts closely with Business Analysts, IT Architects, Technical teams, and Developers to define and guide solution from requirements to deployment.
Partner with internal and vendor resource on design and works closely with Developers during development. Provide development and configuration deliverables as required. Responsible for resilient life cycle support of systems, solutions and configuration responsibilities as assigned. This includes assessing and recommending system and solutions to ensure a viable, stable and resilient technical solution for customers.
What you do
· Understand and analyze business requirements to support the creation of conceptual functions and designs, originating from both local and regional needs.
· Participate in solution design sessions with project teams, recommending technical solutions and options, ensuring outcomes are met and documented.
· Collaborate with business partners and IT project staff to establish mutual understanding and expectations, partnering with technical teams and vendors for design and development delivery.
· Responsible for design, configuration, and development as required, translating business requirements into technical specifications and conceptual designs for Developers and Quality Analysts.
· Prepare and maintain system design documents for technical and business teams, supporting the resolution of complex configuration defects.
· Provide knowledge and support for end-to-end data and system integrations, offering development, data, and system configuration support for assigned systems.
· Partner with quality assurance teams to develop and review test cases, acceptance criteria, and test validation, participating in defect resolution during testing and IT capability improvements for applications and environments.
What you bring
· Preferably degreed in Information Technology or Business Information Systems, with at least 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
· English knowledge at least at an intermediate level, both written and spoken, with excellent communication skills.
· Knowledge or professional experience with Oracle PL/SQL database solutions, demonstrating strong analytical skills and technical aptitude.
· Good organizing and problem-solving skills, with practice- and process-oriented thinking, punctuality, accuracy, reliability and the ability to work independently.
· Confident user-level knowledge of general office software (O365 programs) and Atlassian solutions (Jira, Confluence), or willingness to learn them.
· Proficiency in organizing front-end systems in a Docker environment (DevOps, CI/CD pipelines) is an advantage, along with knowledge of enterprise IT systems and front-end application development coordination.
· Knowledge of Integration and Cloud applications and work experience in the insurance sector, are considered advantages.
