Job description
JOB PURPOSE/ROLE
The team “Collaboration Services” is responsible for managing services and projects especially around Mailing and Mobile Mailing solutions, Sharepoint and related products. The team is working closely together with Allianz OEs all over the world in order to consult them, advise them how and when to use which collaboration services and to run related projects for and together with them.
Centrally the team is continuously working on defining and improving the service portfolio accordant to the strategy of AMOS as a shared service provider and its customers’ needs. Operational service delivery is being done by the external service provider IBM, which is therefore an additional significant interface to the team. Together with the external provider new solutions are being developed, implemented and controlled, while always considering commercial and financial aspects in the contract.
The team is overall responsible for the service management of collaboration services including the responsibility of the service P&L (profit and loss) view.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Management for collaboration services, with main focus on mobile mailing and related services:
Consulting of customers worldwide, especially for mobile applications
Business analysis of customer requirements and roadmap alignment together with AMOS-Mobile-services
Definition of service enhancements, migrations, changes and improvements especially for Mobile customer applications/ infrastructure services
Close collaboration with IT architects and external partners to develop IT infrastructure services and applications (Mobility based)
Coordination of service implementations and migration projects (self-dependent and/or with project leaders)
Close collaboration with and partly coordination of interfaces (internal and external) involved in service definitions, implementations, application development and daily service operation
Further responsibilities
Run of financial controlling processes for the managed service area (e.g. regular P&L controlling, budget planning, etc.) in collaboration with Finance department of AMOS
Documentation of the service portfolio according to company’s standards
Support of creations of statement of works/official offers for customers (e.g. Mobile applications)
Regular controlling of services in place in terms of operational quality and financial profit and loss (P&L) view and technical reviews
Coordination of proper handover to operations
KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
Degree in business informatics or comparable education and/or experience
Fluent in English
MS Office
Knowledge about IT infrastructure and accordant services, especially collaboration services and mobile technologies
Skills and Competencies
Extraordinary communication and coordination skills
High sense of reliability and responsibility
Active usage of product management methods and processes (+ related tools and systems)
Active usage of financial controlling processes
Able to work self-dependent but also with and within teams
Desired requirements /skills /experience
At least 3 years of experience in working in IT
Experience with working in international projects
Experience in coordinating teams desirable
Knowledge of AMOS PLM process preferable
Able to work self-dependent but also with and within teams
Basic knowledge of Visual Studio and .NET-developments
