Senior Service Review Officer

·  Become part of a dynamic, high performing Workers Compensation team environment
·  Melbourne CBD location

 

We have an opportunity for a person who is passionate about the customer experience to join our dedicated and hardworking team. Utilising your initiative and problem solving skills to resolve service recovery opportunities, as a Senior Service Review Officer you will also assist our claims teams to provide exceptional service delivery.

 

You’ll be responsible for:

·  Managing the complaints to resolution within specified timelines and quality, and by engaging with key stakeholders throughout this process
·  Participate in customer contact programs
·  Manage a complaint quality review program
·  Prepare both internal and external reports

To be successful in this role you’ll have:

·  experience working in the Workers Compensation scheme in Victoria preferred
·  Experience in a direct customer service role
·  Knowledge of MS Office products
·  Pays high attention to detail completing tasks with thoroughness and accuracy and can quickly identify errors or inconsistencies within information
·  Proven analytical and critical thinking capability to interpret a range of data, identify patterns, trends and links that inform judgements and solutions
·  The ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with diverse team members
·  Ability to make independent as well as collaborative decisions during expected or unexpected situations and then taking responsibility for the consequences of decisions taken
·  Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with audiences at all levels with clarity, impact and influence
