Role Summary
Join AWP Japan as a Senior Network Development Specialist driving supplier excellence in roadside assistance. You will serve as a trusted external liaison, coordinating closely with service providers to maintain stable operations and safeguard customer mobility. This role focuses on strengthening the service partner network through relationship management, operational coordination, and performance improvement.
What You’ll Do
- Supplier Relationship & Coordination
- Coordinate with and visit existing suppliers (including occasional travel)
- Manage supplier relationships and performance to support stable roadside assistance delivery
- Act as the primary point of contact for supplier communications and operational alignment
- Commercial & Issue Resolution
- Negotiate pricing agreements and confirm fee structures
- Handle and coordinate responses to complaints, inquiries, and operational issues
- Resolve damage claims and escalations professionally and promptly
- System Operations & Testing
- Operate and coordinate improvements for the dedicated supplier request system
- Support system testing and manage operational adjustments across related systems
- Register and maintain supplier-related data in internal core systems
- Data Management & Reporting
- Understand and maintain existing datasets and records
- Compile summaries, reports, and data outputs for initiatives and new operational needs
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of data used across internal and supplier systems
- Process Improvement & Internal Support
- Drive workflow streamlining, efficiency improvements, and continuous improvement activities
- Provide operational guidance and support to associates when needed
- Ensure adherence to rules, attendance, and appropriate escalation practices
What You’ll Bring
Must-Have
- Native-level Japanese with polished Keigo, business etiquette, and negotiation communication skills
- Ability to communicate with roadside service providers using practical automotive/mechanical knowledge (understanding common breakdowns and vehicle components)
- Touch typing (can type with both hands smoothly without stress)
- Excel proficiency (basic functions and pivot tables)
- Outlook proficiency, plus basic ability to create documents in Word & PowerPoint
- Compliance with attendance/rules and ability to escalate appropriately when needed
- Valid driver’s licence
Experience
- 3+ years in B2B sales, supplier management, service network development, channel/distribution network management, or partnership roles
- Automotive-related industry exposure or experience working with service providers/partners preferred
- Ability to convince and engage service providers/partners to participate and perform within the network
- Familiarity with working with external partners (service providers, dealers, channel partners)

ポジション概要
ロードサービス提供に必要なサプライヤーネットワーク（提携事業者）の品質向上と安定運用を推進するポジションです。信頼される外部窓口として、サービス提供事業者との関係構築・パフォーマンス向上・日々の運用整流化を担い、顧客のモビリティを支えます。
業務内容（主な担当）
サプライヤー渉外・調整
- 既存サプライヤーとの調整（訪問・出張含む）
- サプライヤー関係構築、パフォーマンス管理、運用面のすり合わせ
- 社内外ステークホルダーとの連携・調整、外部窓口としての対応
料金交渉・課題対応
- 料金（フィー）確認、価格・条件の調整／交渉
- 苦情／クレーム、問い合わせ対応の調整
- 損害（ダメージ）案件・エスカレーション対応
システム運用・テスト
- サプライヤーが使用する専用依頼システムの運用調整・改善
- 各種システムのテスト対応、運用変更に伴う調整
- 社内基幹システムへの情報登録・更新
データ管理・集計・レポーティング
- 既存データ内容の把握・整備
- 集計、データ管理、施策に向けたレポート作成
- システム間のデータ整合性・正確性維持
業務改善・社内支援
- 業務フロー効率化、改善活動の推進
- 必要に応じて、アソシエイトへの運用ガイダンス・支援
- 勤怠・ルール遵守、適切なエスカレーションの実施
必須条件（Requirements）
Must（必須）
- 日本語ネイティブレベル、正しい敬語（ビジネスコミュニケーション）と折衝力
- 自動車／メカニカルな基礎知識を用いて、ロードサービス事業者と実務レベルでコミュニケーションできる方
（よくある故障・トラブルや主要部品の理解）
- タッチタイピング可（両手でストレスなく入力できる）
- Excel基本スキル（簡単な関数、ピボットテーブル）
- Outlook実務利用、Word／PowerPoint（簡単な資料作成レベル）
- 勤怠・ルール遵守、状況に応じたエスカレーションができる
- 有効な運転免許（普通自動車免許）
経験／バックグラウンド（強く歓迎）
- B2B営業、サプライヤー管理、サービスネットワーク開発、
チャネル／流通ネットワーク管理、パートナーシップ関連いずれかの経験：3年以上
- 自動車関連の業界接点、またはサービスプロバイダー／外部パートナーとの協業経験がある方歓迎
- 提携先（サービス提供事業者）に参画・協力を促せる推進力
- 外部パートナー（提携先、サービスプロバイダー、チャネルパートナー等）との協業に慣れている方
