Internal Background Check Information:

You will partner with Director/Sr. Director to operationalize strategic goals and lead a team within an assigned team of the Enterprise Operations department. You will build priorities, achieve our performance targets, and deliver a positive experience to both policyholders and producers. You will report to the Director Business Operations.

 

What you do:

  • Build department plans to ensure successful coordination of team activities (on and offshore). Achieve performance targets while building controls and managing risks.
  • Promote a customer-centric environment within the team and build successful customer relationships. Demonstrate responsiveness by gathering input and feedback from customers. Implement process improvements to deliver and maintain a high-quality end-to-end customer service experience and achieve overall customer satisfaction targets.
  • Maintain a solid controls framework through oversight, monitoring, assessing risk and validating results. Support business system owners through an understanding of process, system, and control capabilities. Identify, report, and escalate risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate change projects within assigned team to support the evolving service strategy. Ensure flexibility and change readiness.
  • Coach and develop team members to support the service delivery strategy. Partner with employees to create development plans and conduct regular career coaching conversations. Solicit employee feedback and build employee engagement action plans. Use workforce planning models to assess staff needs.
  • Establish successful working relationships with peers and Operations leaders. These relationships also extend to partners and vendors. The goal of these relationships is to deliver a high-quality end-to-end customer experience that align with the service strategy and company-wide priorities.
  • Utilization of artificial intelligence tools and resources (e.g. generative AI).

 

What you bring:

  • 4 or more years experience required: financial, insurance or operations; successful strategic leadership, relationship and customer service skills
  • Four year degree required: business or related field or equivalent work experience
  • You must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring immigration sponsorship now or in the future. This includes holders of H-1B, H4, L-1, L-2, TN, OPT, CPT, and other nonimmigrant visas.
