Key responsibilities / You will get to:

 

·  Be a trusted advisor for team members and clients in the areas of IT transformation, IT service management, digital innovation, or project & program management
·  Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and successful project outcomes
·  Facilitate the growth and success of fellow consultants by providing mentorship and guidance
·  Manage project streams and work with client teams, bearing responsibility for specific tasks, the quality of your deliverables and ensuring project milestones are reached
·  Contribute to business development and client pitches under the guidance of an Engagement Manager
·  Help increase Allianz Consulting expertise within our strategic areas of development
·  Contribute to internal projects within Allianz Consulting, including internal knowledge sharing and team events

 

Key requirements / What we hope you bring:

 

·  University degree or equivalent experiences in a relevant discipline: business, economics, computer science, engineering or equivalent
·  Minimum 3 years of experience in operational business and/or management consulting with a focus on IT transformation, digital innovation, or project & program management (first experiences in guiding junior colleagues in a project environment as a plus)
·  Your excellent command of English and high proficiency in German (C1) that you will use while presenting, preparing or delivering presentations/ reports
·  Your deep experience and proven track record in project- and program management methods, process development, or IT implementations / transformations
·  Your mastery of working and communicating with a broad range of audiences and seniority levels
·  A strong affinity for solving problems and a pronounced capacity for analytical thinking to help you organize and prioritize your tasks
·  Your enthusiasm for working in a diverse and international team
·  Your previously acquired skills in PowerPoint and Excel (PowerBI or Process Mining Skills as a plus)
·  Your curiosity for or knowledge of insurance, financial services and, consulting methodologies, tools and techniques
