The Role

 

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Developer to spearhead our efforts in expanding our portfolio within financial institutions. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial mindset with a “hunter” approach, constantly seeking new business opportunities and forging lasting relationships with high-profile clients.

 

Key Responsibilities :

 

·  Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within financial institutions, particularly in bancassurance.
·  Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in the insurance and assistance sectors.
·  Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at financial institutions.
·  Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to tailor products and solutions to client needs.
·  Ensure a consistent pipeline of prospects and drive the sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.

 

Key Requirements:

 

·  Proven track record in business development, particularly within the financial or insurance sectors.
·  Demonstrated success in acquiring new clients and growing market share.
·  Strong understanding of financial institutions and their operational needs.
·  Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
·  A hunter mentality with the drive and resilience to meet and exceed targets.
·  Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
