What You'll Do:
As a Sales Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our growth strategy, responsible for expanding our client portfolio and driving business success. Your responsibilities will include:
- Promoting Allianz Trade services directly and in collaboration with brokers.
- Achieving ambitious sales targets set by our management team.
- Prospecting the market to identify potential customers through proactive acquisition, including cold calling.
- Building strong relationships with potential clients and staying in touch to foster collaboration.
- Preparing tailored offers and policies, explaining them to clients, and negotiating agreements.
- Contributing to the development of our sales department and keeping records in line with Group requirements.
What You Bring:
We’re looking for a motivated, self-driven individual with:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Market knowledge in financial services or insurance (an advantage).
- Proven experience in a sales advisor or B2B sales role with a customer-oriented and results-driven approach.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive mindset, ownership of your agenda, and the ability to deliver results.
- Language skills: Native Czech and good English (reading, speaking, and writing).
- A basic understanding of or interest in Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools.
