Key responsibilities/What you do

Sales Manager is responsible for developing and implementing the sales strategy to increase the client portfolio.

We would be happy to welcome you in our team if you would like to have the following responsibilities:

   - Reach targets of portfolio growth and quality
   - Develop existing brokers and acquire new ones 
   - Acquire new customers  
     Manage and generate own leads - selection and definition of the target prospects 
   - Provide feedback on the leads generated by Market Mgmt. 
   - Identify cross- and up-selling opportunities
    - Take personal responsibility for the implementation of group-wide quality of service standard
   - Interact closely with other core functions
   - Apply commercial underwriting standards to ensure profitability and quality of customer portfolio

 

Key requirements/What you bring

Market knowledge:
   - Expert know-how in specifics of market
   - Ability to build extensive network with close contacts to brokers, market players and opinion leaders
Business expertise:
   - Ability to generate and convert leads
   - Expert knowledge in sales and negotiation skills, troubleshooting with prospects, brokers, clients
Interpersonal skills:
   - Ability to liaise with members of other core functions
   - Ability to convince customers or brokers  in negotiations
