What you do

Are you passionate about intelligent automation and digital transformation? Join Allianz Partners as an RPA Developer (UiPath) and lead the implementation of solutions that optimize our operational processes through Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies. You will be part of the global Digital Transformation team, reporting to the Head of Robotics, collaborating with local units and international teams to drive efficiency and innovation.

Key responsibilities include

Analysis and Design

• Identify processes suitable for automation.

• Validate the technical, functional, and economic feasibility of selected processes.

• Identify risks and propose mitigation plans.

Development and Implementation

• Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions with UiPath, adhering to defined best practices and in accordance with customer requirements and legal compliance.

• Conduct functional testing, coordinate, and validate UATs.

• Manage the project E2E and elaborate documentation: PDD, SDD and user manuals.

Maintenance and Monitoring

• Monitor the correct functioning of automated processes.

• Manage incidents, ensuring quick resolution and identify potential improvements.

• Report and analyze performance metrics, resource utilization, and risks.

Global Contribution

• Participate in defining the global RPA and AI framework, adapting it to Spain.

• Share best practices and scalable solutions with international teams.

Relationship Management

• Collaborate closely with local and global stakeholders.

• Ensure alignment of expectations, costs, and quality in all project phases.

What you bring

• CFGS or Degree in Multiplatform/Web Application Development, Computer Engineering or similar.

• UiPath certifications (UiRPA, UiARD) are highly valued.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a UiPath developer.

• Proficiency in the core tools of UiPath platform (Studio, Orchestrator, and configuration of robots and licenses).

• Development and management of reusable components and libraries.

• Experience in integration with other systems and applications via APIs, web services, or custom tools and database connections (SQL).

• Basic knowledge of VB.NET, Python, JavaScript or other tools for scripting and advanced automation.

• Experience in implementing AI/ML tools for process improvement (Document Understanding/IXP, Agentic AI, Process Intelligence) is highly valued.

• Strong problem-solving skills and incident management.

• High level of English (international environment).

• Analytical skills, results-oriented, and communication skills.

• Experience in the insurance sector will be a plus.
