JOB PURPOSE ROLE
The Responsible for the Local Outsourcing Function will be the point of contact, within the company, for all the topics related to Outsourcing and Third Party Risk Management. The role requires a strong capacity of interfacing with different functions, both local and global ones.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Manage and oversee efficient and effective implementation of the Allianz Third Party Risk Management Policy across Allianz Group
· Perform Outsourcing assessments, including alignment with Compliance, Risk Management, Data Privacy, Legal, Information Security
· Contribute to and follow-up of internal and external audits regarding Outsourcing and Third Party Risk Management
· Prepare and expose Outsourcing and Third Party Vendors management related reports / dashboards to the top management
· Ensure the Outsourcing inventory of all Outsourcing agreements and key supporting documentation of the Outsourcing process (e.g. Risk Assessment, Business Plan, Due Diligence, BoM approvals) is managed and adequately in place
· Support the Business Owners in all of the activities required by Outsourcing and TPRM regulations
KEY REQUIREMENTS/ SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE
· Master’s degree in Law
· Excellent level of English. Other languages are a plus, particularly German, Spanish, Dutch and French
· 3-4 years of experience with cross country collaboration
· Experience in managing outsourcing/third-party activities
· Team player and great leadership skills
· Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for technology-based innovation
