Job description

What you do

 

Demand/RFC- management

- Understand the information needs and prepare change requests

- Pro-actively analyses recurrent issues/problems impacting efficient and effective process execution and proposes solutions

- Analyze change requests coming from user demands and/or legal requirements

- Determine impact of change requests on business processes and (other) information systems

Functionality management

- Define (detailed) requirements for approved change requests

- Design cost effective IT related solutions in cooperation with group BCP Business - and IT analysts

- Design non-IT related solutions in cooperation with business

- Prepare and/or support in defining test plans and execution of user acceptance tests

- Produce and maintain user manuals and process descriptions

Implementation/change management

- Prepare the transition to a changed environment (new release, new processes, etc.)

- Coordinate the regional implementation of changed information systems

- Ensure that changes delivered in information systems are adopted by the end users

Projects/Studies

- Participate in studies (feasibility, design thinking, etc.) and projects by delivering expert knowledge

 

What you bring

 

·  Business & Information analysis tools and techniques
·  Business Process Management
·  Change management skills
·  Defining test scripts/plans 
·  Communication skills (English), both verbal and written while being able to promote, challenge, coach and convince
·  Knowledge on principles of frugal engineering/design to cost is preferred
·  Knowledge on business roles in Agile software development is preferred
