Job description

Your Key responsabilities
 

• Identity & Access Management (IAM) Governance to ensure IAM model is consistently applied and monitored for compliance and risk management

• Adapt the IAM TOM and IAM Functional Rule to local regulatory requirements and update OE-specific policies accordingly 

• Stay on top of industry trends by being informed about the most recent ISO norms and other expert publications published on IAM

• Formulate business requirements related to IAM tooling and interact with Allianz Technology counterpart

• Ensure that local applications are onboarded to local IAM tools in line with the requirements defined in the operating model Technology section

• Principles and Policies Dedicated, detailed IAM framework (including key principles & controls)

• Accountabilities & Responsibilities Process (e.g., re-attestation) and control-level definition of ownership

• Central IS practice and functional rule for IAM published

• Responsibilities and accountabilities defined and used for all IAM activities and steering bodies defined to govern IAM BAU

• Creation of IAM KPIs/KRIs

• Deep-dive for each lifecycle phase

• Management of IAM audit findings

What you bring
 

· 
In-depth knowledge of IAM concepts, frameworks, and best practices.

· 
Professional certifications related to IAM, such as CISSP-ISSAP, CISM, or IAM-specific certifications (e.g., CIAM, CAMS).

· 
Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing IAM systems and processes, preferably in a complex enterprise environment

· 
Strong understanding of authentication protocols (e.g., SAML, OAuth), directory services (e.g., LDAP, Active Directory), and identity federation.

· 
Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to IAM, such as GDPR, HIPAA, or SOX. 

· 
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. 

· 
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

· 
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· 
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

· 
Fluent in English.
