Property Claims Specialist

Job description

What you do:

• Process non-motor insurance claims from registration to settlement
• Communicate directly with clients about their property claims
• Update claim status in company systems and maintain accurate records
• Conduct damage inspections independently or with experts
• Prepare assessment reports and calculate claim amounts
• Draft correspondence requesting additional documentation when needed
• Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company procedures
• Generate claim reports and analyses

What you bring:

• University degree
• Computer proficiency and system knowledge, including understanding of AI technologies, such as Chat GPT
• Proficiency in English
• Understanding of insurance legislation
• Previous claims handling experience preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational ability and attention to detail
• Problem-solving mindset and team-oriented approach
