Property Claims Specialist

Job description
What you do:
- Process non-motor insurance claims from registration to settlement
- Communicate directly with clients about their property claims
- Update claim status in company systems and maintain accurate records
- Conduct damage inspections independently or with experts
- Prepare assessment reports and calculate claim amounts
- Draft correspondence requesting additional documentation when needed
- Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company procedures
- Generate claim reports and analyses
What you bring:
- University degree
- Computer proficiency and system knowledge, including understanding of AI technologies, such as Chat GPT
- Proficiency in English
- Understanding of insurance legislation
- Previous claims handling experience preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational ability and attention to detail
- Problem-solving mindset and team-oriented approach
