Product Owner (Release Management & Quality Assurance Sales Systems)

 

You will

·  Be responsible for the timely, effective and efficient delivery of the releases of our sales system.
·  Represent the team externally to stakeholders and ensure close cooperation with sales, support, development teams, security and IT-retained organization.
·  Together with the team and the Agile Master, you will shape the agile Transformation that has already been launched and further develop the product "Sales Release" in the direction of agile release management based on the vision and goals of our tribe.
·  In dialogue with the team and stakeholders, you agree on clearly formulated goals and KPIs for optimal value creation for customers, employees and companies.
·  Systematically record customer satisfaction and take customer benefits and requirements into account on an ongoing basis.
·  Together with the team, you will drive the continuous improvement of the processes and ensure a stable and high-performance operation of the sales system.

 

 

Your skills

 

 

a) Qualification, Certification and Experiences (education, passed PE, trainings, certificates, special IT skills, languages etc.)

•    Excellent tertiary education (Master's or equivalent) in computer science, economics or natural sciences.
•    Open mindset, absolute team player and bring your colleagues forward with your commitment and willingness to help.
•    Several years of experience in classic tasks, ideally also agile roles in Ops & IT as well as in various interface functions within and/or outside the Allianz Group.

b) Skills and Competencies (functional / technical / methodological / social skills, Allianz competencies)

•    Pronounced conceptual strengths with the proven ability to quickly and consistently familiarize with new, different subject areas.
•    Extensive experience in communicating with senior stakeholders (COO, CIO, Area/Tribe Leads).
•    Good overview of the business model and functional areas of an insurance company as well as operational experience in communication and cooperation with different areas (especially sales and ops/IT).
•    Entrepreneurial thinking and acting skills as well as problem-finding skills. 
•    High level of analytical, strategic and solution-oriented thinking skills.
•    Confident demeanor, a high degree of self-organization and independent work.
•    Good competence to act confidently and successfully in a German as well as in an international environment.
•    Ability to communicate verbally and in writing at senior management level, both in German and in business fluent English.
•    Good written skills, especially when dealing with complex issues.
