·  In this team you will be part of the transformation and innovation engine of the Allianz Group and its Operating Entities. It follows on the ambition to capture the so far unexploited opportunities of the digitally mature customer by adjusting the current business models and scaling best in class practices globally.
·  You will be contributing to the further evolution and implementation of the core Business Model preliminary of P&C Retail for all Allianz Group Operating Entities globally as well as corresponding assets design and delivery, both with highest strategic relevance for Allianz Group.
·  Our mission and mandate is to push Allianz' strategic goals of Simplicity and Harmonization with the goal to significantly and sustainably increase customer satisfaction, productivity, growth, and operating profit across the AZ Group.

 

You will: 

·  You will be responsible to support and co-lead one of the strategic projects as Tribe Product Manager
·  You will manage Product vision & evolution incl. prioritization, budget, roadmaps, risks, dependencies, global vs. local requirements, demand process
·  You will lead, inspire and closely collaborate with agile development squads within the Tribe
·  You will ensure adherence to globally defined principles and global standards
·  You will drive change with the business representatives from OEs to achieve simplification and harmonization of products, processes and business requirements to support BMP rollout across OEs.
·  You will manage extension of Allianz Customer Model (ACM) and linkage with BMP projects.
·  You will build and maintain effective working relationships with key Allianz stakeholders, OE business owners and external partners (vendors)
·  You will ensure alignment with other BMP Areas (retail, claims, other).

 

Your skills: 

·  Profound experience in Product management and/or Project Management of sales & distrubution related projects.
·  At least 2-3 years experience working in Sales & Distrubution and/or Direct Sales.
·   Great communicator, who will work to bring teams together in ever-changing envirnoment and you will be able to manage multiple stakeholders and drive alignment/decision making.
·  You are eager to continuously enhance everything around you, while making use of analytics, research and experimentation.
·  Experience with Agile Methodologies, eg: SAFe, Scrum, other.
·  Strong customer-centric mind set as well as results and team oriented.
·  Profficient in English.
·  Insurance related experience is a plus.
