As a Strategic Portfolio Consultant, you will report to the Strategic Portfolio Steering & Benefits Realization lead and support in ensuring that project investments align with our strategic priorities. Your Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Execution: Support the annual CTC processes, ensuring project spend aligns with overall strategy
- Investment Prioritization: Help prioritize available change budgets and ensure sufficient business case quality
- Quality Assurance: Review new project submissions, evaluating strategic fit and business case quality
- Benefits Tracking: Coordinate quarterly business reviews to track project benefits against objectives and key results (OKRs)
- Budget Management: Assist in bi-annual budget release cycles and perform controlling on project costs
- Strategic Alignment: Support board members in refining budget requests and preparing documentation for decision-making
- Communication: Develop clear communication strategies regarding portfolio decisions and build engaging relationships with stakeholders
- Your Profile?
- You have at least 3 years of experience in portfolio management, business analysis, or strategic planning
- Your hands-on experience includes business case development, benefits tracking, and financial analysis
- You have exposure to executive communications and stakeholder engagement
- Your project-based work includes experience with OKR frameworks and benefits realization methodologies
- You have excellent analytical thinking, adaptability, and initiative
- A Master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field is required
- Training in portfolio management or strategic analysis is advantageous
- Proficiency in English is essential in this role
