Job role

 

We are hiring customer service relationship management, preferably with experience in the insurance profession ( Claims or others, etc.).

 

As an agent, you will be responsible for responding to customer request ( insurance brokers) regarding insurance contracts and providing anwers according to well- established procedures. 

 

What you will do 

 

·  Understanding requests and providing correct answers and solutions.
·  Following procedures and protocols to assist customers as efficiently as possible and managing the escalation of issues as necessary. 
·  Updating customer data in the system and ensuring accurate documentation
·  Actively participating in the improvement of the quality of services offered to customers 
·  Contributing actively to enhacing customer satisfaction

 

What you bring

 

·  You have a good level of Spanish, both oral and written. Fluency in French is also a requirement for this position;
·  Experience in the insurance industry is desirable

 

You have

·  Service-oriented and highly accurate
·  Eye for detail and spot even the smallest discrepancies and peculiarities
·  Finally, you are enthusiastic, eager to learn, proactive, have good written and communication skills and are not easily distracted
·  Diligence, punctuality, systematic and responsible approach
·  Knowledge of Microsoft Office (must)
