Position Summary:

 

This role consists of managing the Performance of the Finance Factory divisions. It implies to develop insightful reports and dashboards to monitor the performance of their activities and encourage & facilitate communication. Experience in data warehousing platforms and data visualization as well as solid commercial acumen are vital to succeed in the role. You will lead a high-performing team and empower data-driven decisions. In this role, you will manage a team and guide their professional growth. You will also oversee the creation of reports, dashboards, and visualizations to translate complex data into clear insights. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure KPIs and metrics set align with the Finance Factory goals and support strategic decision-making. This role offers the opportunity to oversee various financial tasks. You will build and improve automated workflows to ensure smooth-running reports and consistent information across them. Additionally, you will also be responsible for implementing best practices to optimize Finance Factory processes for efficiency and scalability.

 

 

Key Result Areas:

 

·  Develop and implement plans to improve quality and productivity of the Finance Factory divisions.
·  Responsible for gathering data from primary and secondary sources, ensuring the upkeep of the Performance Cockpit.
·  Detect, examine, and decode trends or patterns within intricate Finance data.
·  Cleanse data and outputs to identify and rectify errors.
·  Coordinate with management to align Performance priorities.
·  Identify opportunities for process enhancements.
·  Employ statistical techniques to scrutinize data and produce actionable business insights.
·  Collaborate with the management team to determine and rank the improvements needs of different Finance Factory processes at region, business units and/or legal entities level.
·  Create dashboards, charts, and visual aids to support decision-making across Finance Factory divisions.
·  Partner with the Intelligence Center team to develop and enrich the Performance cockpit including maintenance and update of the KPIs/Metrics and SAP data availability.
·  Engage with managers from various departments to enforce the Performance Culture and ensure the adherence to the Performance Standard Requirements.
·  Develop training programs to equip all Finance Factory teams with the skills necessary to maintain Finance excellence in all Finance Factory processes.
·  Collaborate with the Intelligence Center to articulate Performance requirements and define target architectural system flows for the Performance Cockpit and/or other solutions.
·  Lead project implementations for Finance Factory reporting, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with the Standard Finance Factory Performance Reporting.
·  Demonstrate excellent critical thinking skills to help solve business problems and make strategic decisions.

Finance:

 

·  Possess a solid foundation in statistics and practical experience with SAP software.
·  Capable of critically evaluating KPIs/Metrics to derive meaningful, actionable insights.
·  Proven experience as a Data Analyst Expert, with a focus on finance data and reporting platforms.
·  Familiarity with finance processes such as month-end close, reconciliation, and accounting principles.
·  Strong understanding of data warehouse concepts and best practices for reporting solutions.
