Job Purpose/Role
Based in Milan and reporting directly to the Head of Motor Business within the Technical Area Department, you will support the team in all process analysis and will be responsible for providing strategic information through reporting and data analysis, with the aim of providing management with actual and monitoring data.
Key Responsibilities
- Analysis and monitoring of the Motor portfolio, both RCA and CVT, with definition of the KPI controls to be activated to identify the presence of critical business areas, both in the retail portfolio and agreements
- Periodic sharing of the performance indicators of the individual agents with the aim of highlighting consistency with the objectives defined by the management and reporting any discounts/proposals for intervention;
- Analysis, definition and monitoring of technical support plans of the distribution network, such as discount amounts and CVT autonomies
- Supervision of all motor processes and related KPIs, including active participation in the definition and development of new rules and implementations
- Management of the deadlines of ordinary activities in coordination with the other company functions;
Key Requirements/Skills/Experience
- Master's degree, preferably in actuarial statistical sciences
- Consolidated experience at least 5 years old in data analysis and interpretation in the Motor sector
- Knowledge of the main characteristics of Motor products and processes
- Excel, Sas, PWP, very good knowledge
- Autonomy, proactivity, curiosity and predisposition to team working
- Ability to analyze business processes, especially those related to the motor area
- Problem solving
- Dynamism- Fluent in Italian and English, written and spoken
