You will join the Product Solutions & Marketing function, a diverse and international team. In this function, you will become part of the Marketing Management team, which is at the heart of AllianzGI’s global marketing transformation.

 

The team covers projects, marketing analytics, RFPs, global campaigns, marketing infrastructure, and product collateral.  As a Marketing Projects Manager (f/m/d), you will work on various Marketing projects that support the development and impact of the function, with a special emphasis on projects within the field of client / product communication, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Analytics globally. Examples of that include conceptualizing initiatives and communication for our Sales Enablement tool, streamlining our product communication, driving forward our Analytics initiatives, also together with Distribution, such as Lead Generation and others or working on AI transformation topics.

 

In this role, you will collaborate with various stakeholders from different backgrounds and locations including senior level within the Marketing function as well as further cross-functional stakeholders on these initiatives. Your reporting line within our AllianzGI’s Product Solutions and Marketing organization will go into to the Head of Marketing Management.

 

This position will be based in Munich or Frankfurt.

 

What you will do

 

  • Contribute to high priority marketing projects and initiatives
  • Work together with representatives from various Marketing teams as well as further functions to drive the projects within our function
  • Develop a good understanding of the different Marketing requirements and requirements from our most important stakeholders to derive ideas for our projects to improve current operating models, driving innovation etc. and lead through them
  • Data and information gathering and synthesis for use in marketing and communications materials
  • Work on Analytics topics such as campaign KPIs, event Analytics, AI-guided dashboards etc.
  • Share findings on performance of marketing activities as well as define and discuss with the business required actions for improvement
  • Conduct market research to identify latest trends in marketing & comms and suggest them accordingly

 

What you bring

 

  • Very well-organised, with an affinity for planning, combining both an appreciation of the big picture and an eye for detail
  • Ability to quickly understand multiple topics, come up with innovative and creative ideas
  • Ability to identify opportunities to leverage data to improve data-driven decision-making
  • Technical knowledge of digital tools and systems, enabling effective support of AI-driven projects
  • Willing to explore and use AI in marketing and creative work
  • Ideally familiar with Marketing within Asset Management and financial data and terms, internship in asset management or financial services preferred
  • High level of motivation, strong commitment, energetic and result-oriented attitude
  • University degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in economics, business administration, communications, or related field
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with people of different seniority across cultural boundaries
  • Motivated, quick to learn, open to feedback, and able to make decisions diplomatically 
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken, German would be beneficial
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and especially PowerPoint
