What you do
The Management Information Reporting Specialist at Allianz Health and Life is responsible for providing accurate and timely management information to support the business. The Reporting Specialist plays a crucial role in data analysis and reporting to important stakeholders such including insurance partners, regulators, tax authorities and senior management. The Specialist works closely with the Corporate Actuarial function.
· Extract and analyse data: Retrieve and manipulate data from various sources, including databases, spreadsheets and actuary outputs.
· Design and develop reports: Create reports, dashboards, and visualisations using tools like Excel
· Collaboration: Understand reporting requirements by working closely with actuaries and other team members.
· Ensure data accuracy: Validate and reconcile data to maintain accuracy and integrity
· Automate manual processes: Use SQL queries or VBA macros to automate repetitive tasks.
· Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports: Generate reports for management, regulatory and compliance purposes.
· Monitor KPIs: Track key performance indicators and provide insights to improve business performance
· Assist in business analysis model development: Contribute to the development of models and assumptions
· Conduct trend analysis: Identify patterns and trends in data.
· Participate in cross-functional projects: Collaborate on data governance and process optimisation initiatives.
What you bring
