About the Job  

Compliance in Allianz Technology operates as a highly integrated function spanning over all local presences of Allianz Technology globally, including Slovakia and Czech Republic. The local Compliance Officer is responsible for the local implementation and oversight of Allianz Technology SE Compliance programs. Additionally, the Compliance Officer closely collaborates with other second line of defense functions, in particular Risk Management. Compliance is organized in a regional model (Europe, India, APAC, North America and growing into other regions) to ensure proximity to its customers and to support the business.

 

What you do

·  Support the rollout and implementation of the Allianz Technology Group Compliance Management System in your area of responsibility.
·  Compliance Risk Identification and Assessment.
·  Monitoring of Compliance with External Requirements, including early warning (Legal Change Monitoring and Legal Change Implementation Oversight)
·  Establish and implement an annual Compliance Plan.
·  Monitoring and Maintenance of Compliance Principles and Procedures.
·  Providing Compliance Training and Communication.
·  Compliance Investigations and Incident Handling.
·  Reporting to Central Compliance and Local Management.
·  Support Compliance Reviews and conduct local spot checks and control testing.
·  Support/lead global Compliance projects/initiatives as the case may be.
·  Act as local point of contact for customers and staff on all Compliance topics

 

What you bring

·  At least 3 years of professional experience.
·  Experience in the compliance function or another safeguarding function is a plus.
·  A good understanding of process and control design and re-engineering principles.
·  Business fluent in English and Czech, with German skills being a plus.
·  Strong team-work skills and intercultural experience.
·  Apply analytical thinking and conflict management skills, as well as moderation and presentation techniques.
·  Proven experience in risk analysis and controls frameworks.
·  Relative project management capabilities.
·  Awareness of the business impact, the need for, and justification of compliance and corporate governance.
·  Good communication skills and the ability to communicate with a diverse audience, including senior-level stakeholders.
·  Highest ethical standards and integrity.
·  Compliance certificate (local or international) is a plus.
·  Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and PowerPoint.
·  Proven experience of using the COBIT control framework is a plus.
·  ITIL certified is a plus.
