What you do:
Under general supervision, responsible for the design, development and delivery of a variety of learning solutions. Ensures that learning content is aligned with business priorities, learning objectives and is learner-centric. Applies adult learning principles and follows established design and facilitation standards. Also responsible for developing relationships with peers, key business partners and learners.
- Design and develop learner-centric programs using multiple media and blended approaches (e.g. e-learning, job aids, instructor led, self-study and video). Prepare and facilitate learner-centric programs which also includes: evaluation information, closing courses and completing necessary paperwork.
- Participate in on-going on-the-job development to further learn adult learning theory and basic application of assessment and measurement methods, as appropriate.
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with peers, business partners and learners.
- Utilization of artificial intelligence tools and resources (e.g. generative AI).
What you bring:
- 2+ years of experience required: In a learning environment or as a subject matter expert who has designed, developed and delivered learning programs.
- High school diploma required
- You must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring immigration sponsorship now or in the future. This includes holders of H-1B, H4, L-1, L-2, TN, OPT, CPT, and other nonimmigrant visas.
