Job description
At Allianz Partners, we are seeking a Lead Strategic Projects & Process Improvement Manager for RSA Operations — a pivotal role within our global Elevate transformation program. This position is central to radically rethinking our operational processes to enhance customer satisfaction and significantly reduce internal and external costs.
You will lead strategic, high-impact initiatives such as the deployment ofAI copilots, Mobility-as-a-Service solutions, and other core transformation programs. With a global deployment scope, this role offers the opportunity to reshape customer journeys, drive operational excellence, and directly contribute to achieving a 5–10% reduction in RSA & Mobility costs by 2030 (vs. 2025 baseline).
You will collaborate closely with regional operations leaders, RSA E2E teams, transversal functions, senior management across LoBs and Markets, Allianz Technology, and key external tech partners. This is a high-visibility, highly strategic position with global impact.
What You Will Do
Lead High-Impact Global Transformation Projects
- Drive 1–2 major strategic initiatives within the Elevate program aimed at radically redesigning RSA customer journeys.
- Leverage AI, digital tools, and innovative technologies to maximize customer satisfaction and reduce both internal and external cost bases.
AI Readiness
Ability to work effectively in an environment shaped by artificial intelligence, machine learning, data analytics, and cloud‑based tools, using insights responsibly and in full alignment with our standards on data governance, security, and ethical use.
Serve as a Center of Expertise
- Act as the primary reference point for local deployments, ensuring alignment through comprehensive deployment kits and knowledge-sharing frameworks.
Guarantee Measurable, Sustainable Impact
- Ensure project benefits are accurately reflected in PD and WFM, including cost savings and Voice of Customer (VoC) improvements.
- Monitor performance and ensure benefits are tracked post-deployment.
Collaborate Across Regions and Functions
- Work closely with:
- Regional Operations Heads
- RSA Regional E2E teams
- Provider & Network Management
- CTO Office
- Senior management across RSA LoB and Markets
- Allianz Technology and external tech providers
What You Bring
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Extensive experience in strategic positions within the insurance and assistance sector, managing partnerships at an operational level and working effectively in complex, multinational environments.
- Extensive experience in performance management, network development strategy and expansion into new markets, with a strong track record in operational leadership and transformation.
- In-depth knowledge of operations, particularly in the field of assistance.
- Strong strategic vision with excellent conceptual and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships, influence stakeholders, and negotiate effectively.
- Confident, persuasive communicator with the ability to engage senior leadership.
- Solid experience in Change Management and large-scale transformation.
