Nous recherchons des Customer Service Representatives avec :

• Une excellente aisance en relation client
• Une attitude empathique, positive et dynamique
• Une vraie motivation et l’envie d’apprendre
• La capacité de travailler en horaires rotatifs (avec majoration en soirée)
• La disponibilité pour 2 week-ends sur 4
• Un rythme de 5 jours/semaine
• La possibilité d’accéder au télétravail, sous validation du manager

‍ Ton Profil:

• SC Minimum
• Minimum 2 ans d’expérience en relation client
• Très bonne maîtrise du français
