What are the key activities of our team?

At the Performance & Steering (P&S) team at Allianz Benelux, we steer the performance of the company and provide actionable insights to the management. We focus on analyzing, planning and reporting financial performance, which is essential for decision-making. We create P&L and KPI dashboards in Power BI, manage monthly closing processes, and work on Gen-AI projects to improve efficiency. Joining our team means being at the forefront of financial analysis and planning.  

Curious to discover some projects/activities you could work on?

• Transform financial data into management insights through Power BI reporting and performance analytics
• Lead optimization efforts by automating processes to improve efficiency
• Design automated data models and processes that ensure consistency, reliability, and transparency to support financial steering and decision making
• Contribute to GenAI and advanced analytics use cases that enhance efficiency and support strategic planning

And of course, you will be involved in everyday processes and projects to actively participate and contribute to the team’s goals. This engagement will accelerate your learning curve and provide you with a comprehensive understanding of the business and our team.

• Are you pursuing a master's degree in Finance, Economics, Econometrics, Actuarial Science, or a related field?
• Are you fluent in English with ideally good knowledge of Dutch or French?
