Job description

You'll be responsible for:

• Support the implementation of always-on customer outreach and engagement initiatives
• Assist in identifying and developing target customer segments for engagement communications
• Support survey setup, testing, and launch activities
• Perform basic data analysis and create charts/visuals for monthly reporting
• Gather and compile secondary research to support customer communication content development
• Analyse verbatim survey feedback, including coding and thematic clustering
• Monitor and analyse consumer sentiment through social listening activities 
• Assist in tracking campaign performance, conduct benchmarking, and provide actionable insights to support business targets

Important to your success:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (preferred)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel for events when required
• Able to commit to a 3–6 month internship/contract period
• Ability to leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to automate routine tasks and enhance productivity
