Job description
POSITION SUMMARY
Support key projects across Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia, consisting of but not limited to client onboarding, digital transformation, platform enhancement, and automation projects. Project management interns are expected to maintain a high level of consistency and organization in order to optimize the project workflow via consistent follow-ups, organized project tracking, and comprehensive project documentation. Take on the opportunity to be a driver of key initiatives within the business unit and have the chance to produce tangible results that directly impact the organization
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support Project Implementations
· Gathering project requirements from business users, and document said requirements
· Gather and analyze business data to be utilized for project proposals/ROI forecasts
· Support development of project proposal to be presented to management for approval
· Follow-up with project team members for delivery of key tasks
· Engage with external vendors for delivery of project proposals/quotations
· Configure product offerings on middle office application
· Support delivery of project within the stipulated timeline
· Ensure proper documentation of key project workflows and paperwork
· Monitor results of implemented projects and report on project achievements
Manage Change Requests and Reported Incidents for Implemented Projects
· Analyze change requests requirements and identify key stakeholders
· Identify root cause with key stakeholders for reported incidents
· Engage key stakeholders to execute necessary changes to satisfy change requests/resolve reported incidents
Q UALIFICATIONS AND E DUCATION R EQUIREMENTS
· Applicants enrolled in, or have recently completed within two (2) years, a university degree programme
· Preference for applicants that are actively participating in extra-curricular activities, particularly in leadership roles
· Preference for applicants that can actively display organizational skills and effective communication with people across different age groups and rankings
· Preference for applicants who can be independent in completing their tasks and proactive in identifying areas to work on/improve
