Intern, Marketing - Limited to 6 months

Job description
Join us now as an Intern in Hong Kong within the Marketing team. In this role, you will help update info on digital platforms, product materials, disseminate materials, create/review videos as well as provide support in marketing events.
What you do
Update info on digital platforms
- Assist colleagues overseeing the websites and/or other platforms/ databases to ensure that updates are made promptly (including uploads)
- Support the monthly updates of online fund fact sheets (HK site) and other fund related information and collaterals. This may involve working with different internal/ external parties who provide the necessary information/ data, and input and checking of the information
Update product materials
- Support in the update of monthly product materials. This involves working with external vendors and checking that they have correctly updated/ inserted the information.
Create/review videos
- Either create (using online applications) or work with vendors on videos. Review the outputs to ensure accuracy of contents (including translations).
Events support
- Help prepare events (proprietary and partners') – this may involve co-ordinating logistics, sourcing venues as well as providing onsite support.
What you bring
- University student with some working experience, preferably gained from finance/ asset management industry, and/or agencies (creative/ digital/ events management)
- Can-do attitude, willing to collaborate across functions and locations
- Willing to work outside of standard hours if necessary (when there's an event for example). Note: we will grant time-off in lieu where applicable.
- Knowledge of, and experience using content management and digital platforms such as Sitecore, Seismic, Marketo etc is a plus point
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese as well as working-level fluency in Chinese
- AI skills: ChatGPT, Microsoft CoPilot
*We will give priority to students who will be available to work full-time from Jun to late Dec 2026, with the possibility of renewal based on performance.
