Job description
How Can You Make an Impact?
- Design innovative and differentiated product and service concepts based on customer experience, usage behaviors, and market trends. Create solutions that meet customer needs and expectations.
- Actively contribute to the development and market introduction of new products. Play a key role in product piloting, testing, and market entry processes, while designing the business model and value proposition of the products.
- Ensure product details align with sectoral regulations and comply with global requirements. Actively contribute to product reviews to ensure quality and compliance.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis, generate actionable insights, and leverage those insights to shape product designs and strategies.
- Improve customer and intermediary processes by utilizing AI technologies to enhance operational efficiency and offer personalized experiences.
- Design and implement health insurance products based on customer feedback and market demands, ensuring they align with business objectives.
Having knowledge in Artificial Intelligence (AI) development, Data Analytics, Data Intelligence, AI/Data Strategy, and ChatGPT.
What Do We Expect You to Bring?
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field, with 3-5 years of experience in digital product development or product management.
- Knowledge of AI and digital solutions, with the ability to integrate these technologies into product development processes.
- Experience in data analysis, proficiency in Excel and SQL. Experience with data visualization and reporting using Power BI or similar tools is preferred.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies and the ability to apply them effectively within teams.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders, guide product design, and collaborate within teams.
- Ability to present your work in a clear and compelling way, effectively communicating your projects and achievements to stakeholders and top management.
- Strong command of English, including reading, writing, speaking, and understanding, to communicate effectively with global teams and stakeholders.
- Stay up to date with new technologies and market trends, innovate, and continuously seek personal and professional development.
