Job description
JOB PURPOSE/ROLE
In this 22 months program you will be prepared for a successful start towards a general management or expert career within Allianz Investment Management SE. You will receive in-depth knowledge through on-and-off-the-job development and rotation within various departments in our organization such as: Asset Liability Management, Portfolio Management, Financial Control or Investment Strategy. This program also includes a stage at one of our locations abroad. Mentoring and regular feedback from experienced business leaders will accelerate your learning curve.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Learning Areas:
Portfolio analysis from three different angles:
-asset liability management
-tactical asset allocation and
-asset manager selection
Impact of portfolio decisions on financial planning and controlling
Capital Markets and Alternative Asset Classes
Our risk-return optimization through asset diversification and a truly global approach
KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
Successful completion of your university degree or postgraduate study (top 20%). Degree in business administration, economics, mathematics, physics, statistics or similar
Previous working experience, e.g. internship ideally in financial services
Strong analytical thinking and capabilities
A precise and methodical approach
Fluent in written and spoken English
Good interpersonal and communication skills – enjoys working in a team and in a dynamic environment
Strong service, solution and results orientation
Proactive and open mind-set, shows initiative
Proven intercultural skills
