Global Implementation Specialist (Policy Management) | London | Permanent contract | June 2024

 

 

 

Your role:

 

Allianz Trade for Multinationals (AZ Trade for MNC) is an Allianz Trade division serving Multinational clients, i.e. top-tier clients with contracts covering different geographies worldwide. AZ Trade for MNC offers these major clients a range of solution including the creation of worldwide so - called "programs" gathering policies for all countries covered around the world.

 

At the heart of the policy management, the Global Implementation Manager is in charge of managing and executing Program Implementation and Policy Issuance, for New Business as well as renewal of contracts of existing portfolio - this includes policy issuance at two levels: Program manager (i.e. the country of the client's headquarters) and Managing insurer (i.e. the countries of the client's subsidiaries). This includes to closely liaise and coordinate with other teams beyond geographical and functional borders (incl. strong relationship with Commercial) in order to provide seamless worldwide contract issuance to the Policyholder in the shortest time possible

 

 

 

Your main responsabilities

 

Program implementation

·  Manage timetable for preparing system set-up for forthcoming renewal programs
·  Ensure system maintained with latest Program information and data; resolve data quality issues
·  Advise Sales & Commercial Account Managers on the best way to set-up programs 
·  Produce updated Master Agreement as required (document used for commercial negotiation , summarizing content of the coverage worlwide and conditions)

 

Clause management

·  Attach correct clauses to contract (according to what was agreed with client) and ensure all are uploaded to the system
·  Monitor translations of clauses in local language when required

 

Policy Issuance

·  Liaise and coordinate workflow with other teams to secure timely execution; resolve policy set up issues
·  Issue local Policy documentation (Special Terms & clauses) from system, liaising with Program Manager if/where changes required and ensure complete accuracy
·  Manage client signature process where required
·  Ensure local considerations (foreign language; mandatory clauses; fronter) fully reflected in local documentation

 

Mid-Term Amendment

·  Manage and execute Mid-Term Amendments as directed by Program Manager - either program level or managing insurer level - ensuring quality and accuracy of Pluriform
·  Generate new Master Agreement / Policy docs according to KPI quality standards

 

Liaison and co-ordination

·  Co-ordinate workflow to secure timely execution, liaising with other Multinationals functions (eg Commercial Account Manager, other Global Implementation Managers, etc); act as relay with Business Support
·  Interact & co-ordinate with Core business (eg Risk, Claims, Policy Management, Commercial) and other Multinationals regions

 

All of the above under the supervision of Regional Director of Policy Management. 

 

 

 

Your experience / skills

 

·  Good knowledge of Multinationals Program and policy structure
·  Proactive / strong organisational and time management skills
·  Advanced knowledge of Multinationals IT systems (PraxisPF) and Program Implementation / Policy Issue / MTA processes on a Program and local country level
·  Advanced knowledge of standard clause library and clause application
·  Advanced knowledge of written and spoken English
